2. Who can use the site

The site is intended for adults 18 and older. By using the site or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Payments and access

Program and call fees are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed through our payment providers (Stripe for 1:1 intro calls and PayPal for the program). Manual payment instructions are provided for those who prefer to pay through Venmo, Wise, or PayPal directly. Access to the program or community is granted after payment is confirmed.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. This is intentional: the program is built for people who are ready to commit. Please read the full Refund Policy before enrolling.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, images, videos, and course materials, is owned by Pep Talks Collective or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, or repurpose it without written consent.

6. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, harass others, share login credentials, or use the community for commercial solicitation. We may remove participants who violate these expectations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pep Talks Collective is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the program.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pep Talks Collective operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
