We do not offer refunds. This is intentional. The long game asks for commitment, and the people who show up fully are the ones who get the most from it.

When you enroll in the program or book a 1:1 call, you are reserving a limited spot and immediate access to materials and community spaces. Because of that, we cannot return the payment once it is made.

What to do if something looks wrong

If you believe you were charged in error, were charged twice, or did not receive access after paying, please email us at hello@peptalkscollective.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review it and, if there was a genuine error, work with you to correct it.

Transfers are not guaranteed

We do not guarantee the ability to transfer enrollment to a future cohort or to another person. If you are facing an unexpected situation, reach out and we will do our best to find a reasonable path forward.

Program access

Access to the program and community is granted after payment is confirmed. If you choose a manual payment method, access will be granted once we verify the transfer on our end, usually within 24 hours.
